Entrance Practice is an independent, fan-made Roblox project run by WWEU. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WWE, Roblox Corporation, or any related company. This page explains what information this site and its related tools (including the Staff Panel) handle, and the terms for using them.

It does not cover Roblox itself, or Discord itself — both have their own privacy policies and terms, which still apply whenever you use those platforms.
No account or personal information is needed to browse or join a server. The server list shown on the site is pulled live from active, in-game Roblox servers, and only ever includes information a server's host has already chosen to make public in-game: server name, arena/show name, host's Roblox username, current player count, and a thumbnail image.
We don't collect information about individual players joining a server. Player-level data was intentionally removed from what this system tracks — only host-level, per-server information is stored.
If you close an announcement banner or popup, that choice is remembered using your browser's local storage, on your device only. It is never sent to us and we have no way to see it.
Staff access is managed through a WWEU account, which can be created and signed into in a few ways:
Passwords are never stored in plain text. We store a one-way cryptographic hash (PBKDF2 with a random salt per password) — this means we can check a password you enter is correct, but we can never see, recover, or read the original password ourselves.
You can link both Discord and Roblox to the same account from the account page (wweu.org/account), and set or change your username and password there at any time.
If you have Discord linked to your account, you can optionally turn on two-factor authentication from the account page. Once enabled, logging in with your username and password sends a temporary 6-digit code to your Discord DMs, which you then enter to finish signing in. The code expires after 5 minutes and can only be used once. This only applies to username/password logins — signing in directly via Discord or Roblox doesn't need this extra step, since that sign-in is already verified by that platform.
Our Discord bot may send you a direct message in a few specific situations: delivering a two-factor login code (above), confirming that an account was automatically verified after linking Roblox, or letting you know a sign-up attempt couldn't be verified. These messages only ever go to the Discord account actually involved in that action — the bot doesn't message people otherwise.
None of this — Discord username, Discord ID, Roblox username, Roblox ID, your chosen WWEU username, or your password hash — is ever shown publicly. It's used only to confirm who you are and to attribute staff actions in our internal activity log.
When WWEU staff post an announcement, its title, content, and any attached image are shown publicly on the site. The staff member's username is stored alongside the announcement as its author.
The public site sets no cookies at all. The Staff Panel sets a single cookie, session, once you've signed in through any of the methods above. It's used purely to keep you signed in, expires automatically after 7 days, and is never used for tracking or advertising.
This project runs on top of a few external services, each with their own privacy practices:
Roblox's audience includes many younger players, and we've built this with that in mind: using the public site requires no sign-up, no personal information, and no account of any kind. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and creating a WWEU account is only possible for people who already qualify for staff access — it isn't open to the general public.
